What's your day job?
Partner - Planning, Environment and Government at HWL Ebsworth, Bourke St, Melbourne.

How long have you been involved in planning?
12 years.

Do you wear any other planning hats / have any other planning-related pastimes?
Not currently. Was previously a part time lecturer at James Cook University (Planning and Environment) and Vice President QELA (Queensland Environmental Law Association)

What's your number 1 pet planning issue?
Inefficient processes jeopardising good planning outcomes.

Why did you join the WPN committee?
To network while doing something worthwhile.

What is your main goal as a WPN committee member?
To provide input from an allied profession that is greatly involved in the development of planning processes - to provide a different point of view.

Name your favourite urban space in Victoria and your favourite wide open space.
As a former Queenslander, my favourite urban space would have to be the unique use of Melbourne's laneways. My favourite open space is the King valley region.

What is your favourite coffee shop / bar?
My favourite bar is Cookie.

Where do you see WPN heading in the next 12 months?
I see WPN providing a unique contribution to the planning profession through its varied projects and gaining recognition for those efforts.
